There are many ways VFM works to save you money on your order, from Specials to Coupon Codes.

Specials
There is always something on special at VFM. Don't miss a Special, be sure to check the VFM Specials Section each time you visit the Victory Store.
Specials are separate from any other offers or deals going on in the Victory Store.

Coupon Codes
Throughout the year numerous coupon codes become available that allow you to save on products and shipping. There may be a number of coupon codes available at one time. Sorry coupon Codes may not be combined or multiple codes used on orders. We cannot accept coupon codes after an order is placed or for existing orders. Specials as well as some items are excluded from coupon offers.




Look for the newest figures for sale, in the "Newest Products" section.



Choose Hand Feature (CHF) : Some figures allow you to choose the weapon they carry.
Figures with this option are marked CHF.

Shipping



Our first choice for shipping your package to you will be USPS Priority Mail Service, depending on cost or shipping location. The alternate choice will be USPS First Class Mail.



Orders usually ship within 7-10 business days of confirmed payment

Once an order is mailed it becomes the responsibility of the recipient.

Packages returned to VFM undelivered are subject to an additional shipping charge to send it back again.
Victory Force is not responsible for any taxes or fees levied by local customs officials.
Please be aware of your country's customs practices before ordering. Some custom's offices may hold a package for an extended period of time before delivering.


Returns
Contact VFM concerning returns before returning anything. You may return items purchased online in the Victory Store within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All items returned must be in unused condition. Postage and shipping is non refundable. When shipping an item back to us, please remember to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure your package arrives to us safely. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


Damaged items: Please contact us if you receive any damaged items in your order.
